The Centre for Planning and Alternative Development (CPAD) is a non-profit, independent think tank established under the Societies Registration Act 1860 in the NCT of Delhi. Since its establishment in 2013, CPAD/The Centre has been at the forefront of advocating for a holistic approach to foster alternative solutions for a more equitable and inclusive developmental process. Engaging in evidence generation, innovation, capacity building, outreach, policy input, utilizing both data and measures, The Centre employs robust scientific and advanced statistical techniques.
