The Centre for Planning and Alternative Development (CPAD) is a non-profit, independent, policy-oriented think tank. Its primary mandate is to evidencing a holistic approach to development; considering economic, social, environmental, and governance aspects to create alternatives for a more equitable and inclusive developmental process. Since 2013, CPAD has been actively involved in activities such as evidence generation, innovation, capacity building, outreach, policy input, and proposing alternative solutions. CPAD aims to be a leading force in generating evidence through rigorous research, foster planning and collaboration for innovation and alternative strategies formulation. The organization envisions a future where its efforts lead to positive and lasting impacts on development, guided by a commitment to the pursuit of alternative solutions.
